Hi, I'm a Product Specialist at Friendship Hyundai in Johnson City. I've been with the company for five months and I really enjoy helping people find the perfect vehicle for themselves or their families. I'm originally from Elizabethton and I'm easy to talk to and honest. I'm passionate about building relationships with customers and making sure their experience is a positive one. I believe in integrity and I'm dedicated to finding the right product for each person's needs. Outside of work, I enjoy playing the piano, organ, and dulcimer, and I’m also a CNA. I'm happy to chat about family, friends, music, or my hometown – whatever helps make the car-buying process comfortable for you.

Richard was absolutely great . I can’t say enough about how easy he made it for me through the whole auto buying process. Being a career salesperson and from my perspective, he did all the things a professional does. He’s a natural. That said , I was not at all impressed with the General Sales Manager. I’m not sure what his actual motives were… when I unfortunately spoke with him, he made the process very tense and not at all FRIENDLY! Richard, however, was extremely informative and remained professional throughout the entire process.
