I'm an Assistant Service Manager with 4.5 years under my belt, and a lot of that time I spent learning the ropes here at Friendship Hyundai Johnson City. I’m a bit of a gearhead at heart, and I enjoy the challenge of making sure our service department runs smoothly and our customers get top-notch care. I'm a graduate of Northeast State Community College, which gave me a solid base for everything I do. When I'm not at work, I'm usually spending time at home with my wife and dog. We like to keep things pretty simple.

I always trust Patrick with taking care of my several Hyundai vehicles. (I also trust the other service advisors too e.g. Jessica and Heather). I was taken aback by the high cost of my last visit, but that wasn’t Patrick’s fault. I drive from Abingdon to the Johnson City Hyundai service department because of the trust which Patrick has been instrumental in creating.
