Hi, I'm a Product Specialist with 15 years of experience at Friendship Hyundai Johnson City. I'm originally from Bluff City, TN, and I'm proud to serve this community. I've built a strong reputation for customer satisfaction, and I truly appreciate all the repeat business. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two sons (ages 32 and 25) and my two granddaughters (ages 8 and 4). I'm also an avid fan of Sullivan East High and TN Volunteers athletics, and I've traveled to places like Canada and the Bahamas. My family has a long history in East Tennessee racing, and I've developed a deep knowledge of cars and automotive mechanics. I hold a Hyundai Platinum Certification and consistently rank among the top sales performers. At our dealership, we strive for a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. Our experience with Kevin was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and very low-key in his sales approach. The vehicle we wanted to purchase, a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy, was not in stock and he worked hard to find exactly what we wanted at another dealership. It took a few days to get possession of that vehicle, but we didn't mind waiting. He did a good job showing us the features of the vehicle so we could get on the road after the purchase. He also got our Hyundai BlueLink account set up for us. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Kevin.
