Hi, I'm a Product Specialist at Friendship Hyundai Johnson City. I've been with the dealership for over 22 years, longer than anyone else, and I'm a Platinum-level certified Hyundai specialist. I have a deep understanding of our vehicles and technology across all models. I'm a top salesman, and most of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals. My approach is to guide customers to the best vehicle for their needs and budget; I let them make the final decision. I'm a Kingsport native, ETSU grad (Go Bucs!), and I have two sons currently attending ETSU. In my free time, I enjoy movies, TV, and spending time at home. I've traveled extensively, including trips to California, Georgia, and New York. I pride myself on my strong memory and my dedication to helping people find the perfect vehicle.

The reason for a 8 is because, James was helping us plus another couple or individual. We had to wait in his office for a while. When he went on a test drive with them. Other wise he had great rapport with him and the staff. This will not hold us back. We will recommend Freindship Hyundai and James to other people. Great job guys.
