Nice guy. Remembered me from prior service visits and knows the history of my ongoing issue with my engine (that's still being reviewed with periodic re-checks). I'm hopeful this problem will resolve favorably and that - if necessary - Jake and Friendship will hold the line with Hyundai that this is an issue they need to remediate properly.

It is always excellent. Jake is a great guy and always remembers me by my name. He keeps me updated on my service and offers suggestions what should be done to my care. He never forces me to have service done that I don't want. I really like that. Jake is a great partner to your dealership. He always remembers that I need a ride to THE RED LOBSTER so I can have lunch while my car is being serviced. Jessica is always extremely friendly too!
