About Heather
Hi, I'm an Assistant Service Manager with four years of experience in the automotive industry – two years at Friendship Hyundai in Johnson City and two previously at a shop in Unicoi. I'm a graduate of ETSU, and outside of work, I enjoy camping and hunting. I'm dedicated to providing excellent customer service and am fortunate to have a great boss and team. I also have a strong support system – my husband and my two daughters.

It was good. But what i had done should of not took more the 30 mins. The waiting even to have your cars serviced is ridiculous to long you should never have to to wait longer then a hour unless your car has alot wrong with it

Heather took such care of me! She met me at my car before I even got out at the service bay and answered all my questions. This was the second time that Heather assisted me at my service appointment and the first time was equally as great. The customer service Heather provided me was primo!!
